PION Professional may offer free shipping on eligible purchases over $50 USD, before taxes, additional discounts, or applicable fees, provided that the order meets the conditions in effect at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, free shipping over $50 USD applies only to retail purchases made directly through www.pionpro.com and shipped within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping does not apply to wholesale purchases, B2B purchases, distributor orders, commercial orders, volume purchases, international shipments, shipments outside the contiguous United States, or express, priority, expedited, or special shipping methods.

12. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND WARRANTY

Returns, refunds, claims for damaged products, defective products, incorrect items, missing items, and warranty conditions are governed by our Refund Policy.

Due to the cosmetic, hygienic, and professional nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for return if they have been opened, used, tested, handled, or removed from their original sealed condition.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned products have been received, inspected, and approved by PION Professional, unless the specific situation allows for another solution at our discretion.
